“Pia Cake”
Banh Pia is one of the traditional desserts dishes from Vietnam and it really related to traditional moon cake but the flour that was used for the pia is different than moon cakes. “Banh pia” or “bia” have a variety of different flavor from durian, taro, even custard, and mungbean each flavor give you a different feeling. The most popular flavor is durian because durian, taro doesn’t go well with a lot of desserts but this one is an exception since it enlightens the taste of the pia cake. At Asian supermarkets, Banh pia is one of the top seller products out there because everyone loves it due to the combination of flavors.
